We currently have an exciting new role to join the Dunbar family for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant position within our Milton Keynes office. We pride ourselves on providing personalised solutions and building strong relationships with both our clients and candidates. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are committed to excellence and delivering outstanding service. We recruit for Primary and Secondary Teachers and Education Specialists from the UK and Overseas for long term, day2day and permanent positions. We work with schools in the South of England, London and the home counties.
The Role
This fantastic opportunity will have you communicating to Teachers and Education Specialists to help them find their next ideal roles in schools and education facilities. You will be involved in every step of the recruitment process and will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure from day one with the opportunity to develop in a career.

The Person
Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on the lives of students and teachers? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?
To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be confident speaking to people to build rapport with both clients and candidates on the phone and over email. You will have basic computer skills and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment, ready to recruit the best people.

Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
